1 Hotel

Seattle, WA

1 Hotel Seattle asked me for a set of images that let their main spaces speak for themselves, with the guest experience saved for another day. The building is full of living plants, so I shot from their point of view, tucked low among the leaves and into the corners, as if one of them were watching the lobby, the lounge, and the rooms go about their day. The result is a portrait of the architecture that feels observed instead of staged.
